박행복은 이번 전시에서 언어와 문자의 기능적 측면을 벗어나는 시도를 한다. 그는 의미를 고정하기 이전의 언어, 그리고 의미가 소멸한 이후의 언어를 탐색한다. 그림과 말이 서로를 가로 지르며 섞이고 흐르는 그 경계 지점에서 자신의 회화를 구축한다. 이는 기호가 질서를 부여하기 이전, 자유롭고 유동적이었던 언어의 본래 모습을 다시 불러내려는 시도이다.
관객은 직접적으로 그리는 순간을 목격할 수 없지만, 텍스트와 이미지가 주고받는 작은 농담과 숨을 따라가며, 그의 즐거운 손끝을 간접적으로 느낄 수 있게 된다. 이곳에 펼쳐진 이 작은 도형들은 디자인, 회화, 텍스트의 경계를 넘나들지만, 그 어떤 규칙에도 머물지 않는다. 스멀스멀 퍼지는 선들, 소리 없이 쌓이는 색과 형태들. 그곳에는 박행복이 그려낸 작은 웃음과, 작게 스며드는 대화들이 가득하다. (전시 서문 중)

In 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙠, Haengbok Park moves beyond the functional realm of language and script. He explores language before meaning is fixed, and language after meaning has disappeared. His paintings emerge at the fluid boundary where images and words intersect, merge, and flow together. It is a gesture toward recovering the original, unbounded nature of language, before it was ordered by signs and structure.
Though visitors cannot witness the moment Haengbok Park creates his paintings, they can trace the lighthearted touch of his hand through the quiet breaths and subtle jokes exchanged between text and image. The small shapes scattered throughout this space move freely across the boundaries of design, painting, and text—yet belong to none. Lines that softly unfurl, colors and forms that accumulate in silence—carrying Park’s gentle laughter and quiet conversations.
