안경수는 단단하게 고정되지 못한 채 부유하는, 부표와 같은 사회적 삶에 주목한다. 작가는 그간 거시적인 관점에서 보아오던 풍경을 미시적인 시선에서 다시금 포착하며, 고립된 환경에 저항하는 개인의 태도를 담아내고자 한다. 본 전시에서 풍경의 주된 배경이 되는 '수면＇의 위와 아래에서 마주하는 인물의 제스처는 개인의 위태로움을 환기한다. 항력을 지닌 채 중력을 거스르려는 몸짓, 작용과 반작용의 풍경은 폐허로부터 삶의 자리를 지켜내려는 생존의 몸짓을 극화한다.

AN Gyungsu focuses on the vulnerability of individual lives in a social context that floats without firm anchorage—like a buoy adrift. The artist, who has previously approached landscapes from a macroscopic perspective, now turns to capture them through a more intimate and microscopic lens, seeking to convey the posture of individuals resisting isolated environments. In Buoyancy, the gestures of figures encountered above and below the surface of water in the paintings evoke a sense of personal precarity. These bodies, resisting gravity with drag, stage a scene of action and reaction, dramatizing gestures of survival that strive to hold on to life amid ruin.
